Because we offer a wide range of services, our notice policy varies. However, we do recommend placing your order request as early as possible to secure your time and date. Minimum notice policies are below, but do not guarantee availability:
Meal Packages (1 package only):
- Pickups Monday – Saturday require no less than 24-hour notice.
- Pickups Sunday require no less than 48-hour notice.
Party Trays for up to 100 servings:
- No less than 48-hour notice.
Party Trays for over 100 servings – or items from our appetizer menu:
- No less than 7 days notice.
Our other menus and full-service events:
- No less than two weeks notice.
Delivery is subject to driver availability. We deliver within a 30-mile radius of the Lexington Alodia’s in 15-minute windows. Fee varies by distance. Delivery will include un-bagging and setting out of your order. Additional fees apply for more extensive set up.
Our menu does focus on Italian classics and Italian flavors, as we strive to stick to our Italian heritage. However, if you have your mind set on something else, we may be able to accommodate. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Certainly not! Our services range from pick-up to full-service events. It is our goal to make planning your event as easy as possible.
Absolutely. Our menu features selections from various price points. We will help custom build your event to suit your needs and your budget.
We do offer some Menu Packages at set price points. However, like our clients, each event is unique. Because of this, we build your event to suit your needs and budget.
To confirm your event, we do require an approved proposal / contract and a deposit.
